Q: Where are you located?
A: We are located at 210 Jones Road, Falmouth. We are part of the Homeport medical complex. We are the building facing Jones Road, next to C-Lab. 

Q: What type of physical therapy diagnoses do you treat?
A: We treat injured necks, backs, knees, ankles, feet, shoulders, elbows, wrists; sciatica; orthopedic surgeries including rotator cuff repairs, total knee replacements, total hip replacements, total shoulder replacements; spine surgeries; balance issues; difficulty walking, and many others! Please contact our office if you are unsure. 

Q: Do you take my insurance?
A: We accept most major insurances. Please contact our office or your insurance company if you are unsure. 

Q: What should I bring to my first appointment?
A: Please arrive 15 minutes early and bring your:
insurance cards, a completed New Patient Packet, and a prescription or referral from your doctor. 

Q: When should I arrive for my appointments?
A: Please plan to arrive 15 minutes early for your appointments. 

Q: How long will my appointment last?
A: Your appointment will last between 30-45 minutes. 

Q: Do I need a referral or prescription from my doctor?
A: Depending on your specific insurance plan, you may need a referral or prescription from your doctor. Please contact your insurance company for this information. 

Q: Do I have to pay my co-pay at the time of my appointment?
A: You may pay your co-pay at the time of your appointment or opt to be billed instead. We accept cash, personal check, and all major credit cards. 

Q: What should I wear to my appointments?
A: Please wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing. For women, if you are being treated for a shoulder or neck injury, it may be helpful to wear a tank-top or sports bra.
